We want you to love your Bell product. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Policy

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.
  • Returns are subject to a restocking fee (see below).
  • Final sale items (e.g., closeouts, discounted products) cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit bellcasco.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely with the RA number clearly marked.
  3. Ship the return to the address provided in your RA confirmation.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Restocking Fees

  • Helmets: 15% fee
  • Apparel/Accessories: 10% fee

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size/color:

  1. Follow the return process above.
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement.
  3. Place a new order on bellcasco.com once the return is processed.

Warranty & Damaged Items

Defective products may be covered under our warranty. Visit bellcasco.com for details.

For damaged shipments, file a claim with the carrier and notify us within 7 days.
